A wall carpet. The idea is that it will look like a ‘decorative’ element on the wall which also serves the function of shelves. It is initially inspired by the drawings of weaving by Anni Albers- compositions of lines, vertical and horizontal. 

The vertical timber strips remind one of the Japanese screens while the colour strips refer to a more 'western' aesthetic. 

There are 2-sides, the green side towards the garden and the white side towards the house, making it subtle  when seen from the garden.
